Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to children birth to 21 in school and home settings. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, primarily during the school year (up to 30 hrs/week) and summer sessions (around 45 hrs total).

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language assessments.
  • Create individualized treatment plans with family input.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve communication skills.
  • Provide early intervention services for children with delays.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Educate families on supporting communication development at home.

Requirements include CCC-SLP, MN licensure as an SLP, and Department of Education licensure. Ideal candidates have pediatric experience, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of early intervention. This part-time position offers flexible hours, paid time off, and a retirement plan.
