This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.
Position Overview: Provide patient-centered care to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, supporting positive therapy outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, document services accurately, supervise clinical staff, and contribute to a collaborative care environment. Maintain safety practices and promote professional development through ongoing education and team participation.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred, valid California licensure or licensing candidate, and CCC-SLP certification. Physical ability to perform patient care activities is required.
