Speech-Language Pathologist

Join our expanding therapy team as a Speech Language Pathologist, offering full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with potential relocation assistance.

Our mission is to create a positive environment for both staff and residents by enhancing communication and swallowing abilities through speech therapy interventions.

Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders, developing and updating individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license
  • Preferably prior experience in long-term care settings
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with technology and electronic health records
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and handle emotional stress

Compensation ranges from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), continuing education, paid time off, and more.
