Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, working with patients requiring trach and vent support, collaborating with a team, educating families, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
- ✔ Active SLP License in Oklahoma
- ✔ Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
- ✔ Experience with trachs and vents a plus
