Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Working with patients requiring trach and vent support
- Collaborating with a team to optimize outcomes
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers
- Maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Active Oklahoma SLP license
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with trachs and vents a plus
