Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide therapy for communication, swallowing, and cognitive needs.

Create personalized treatment plans with the care team.

Educate residents and families on strategies to improve speech and swallowing.

Celebrate residents’ progress and milestones.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Oregon license.

CPR certification and at least six months’ experience preferred.

Pass background checks as required.
