This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year.
Provide patient-centered treatment to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, including evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate patient progress, and educate families and staff. Supervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulatory and billing requirements. Contribute to a positive facility culture, promote safety, and pursue ongoing professional development. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC-SLP certification, CA license, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Must be able to perform physical tasks and work in San Pablo, CA.
