Speech Language Pathologist

The Language, Speech and Hearing Specialist assesses and treats students with communication challenges to support their learning.

  • Conducts assessments, interprets results, and collaborates with teams to develop individualized educational plans (IEPs).
  • Provides remediation through individual and group instruction, modifying approaches as needed.
  • Serves as a resource for staff and parents, offering consultation and participating in IEP teams.
  • Maintains compliance with regulations, keeps detailed records, and pursues ongoing professional development.


  • Qualifications: California credential required.

    Schedule & Compensation: Full-time/Part-time roles, $74,534–$123,774/year, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and continuing education.

    Work Location: In person in San Jose, CA, with an 8-hour day, Monday to Friday.
