Speech Language Pathologist – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in clients’ homes.

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and families.

Monitor progress and support safe, effective home care management.

Complete assessments, documentation, and coordinate with physicians for treatment approval.

Perform skilled procedures and instruct families on home programs.

Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree, licensure in New Mexico, supervised clinical hours, and preferably two years of experience.

The role offers a sign-on bonus, competitive salary ($90K-$125K), benefits (including health, dental, vision, retirement, and more), flexible schedule (Monday-Friday, day shift), and mileage reimbursement.
