Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in clients’ homes.

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and families.
  • Monitor progress and support safe, effective home care management.
  • Complete assessments, documentation, and coordinate with physicians for treatment approval.
  • Perform skilled procedures and instruct families on home programs.

  • Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree, licensure in New Mexico, supervised clinical hours, and preferably two years of experience.

    The role offers a sign-on bonus, competitive salary ($90K-$125K), benefits (including health, dental, vision, retirement, and more), flexible schedule (Monday-Friday, day shift), and mileage reimbursement.
