We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students with severe behavioral and developmental needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders. Provide direct therapy in various settings and collaborate with staff and families to support communication goals. Train staff on communication strategies, incorporate AAC devices, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Support behavior management and crisis interventions by integrating communication supports. Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance, and contribute to student progress. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CA licensure, and experience with behaviorally challenged children. Preferred skills include ABA, AAC familiarity, and bilingual abilities.
