Speech & Language Pathologist

We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students with severe behavioral and developmental needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy in various settings and collaborate with staff and families to support communication goals.
  • Train staff on communication strategies, incorporate AAC devices, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Support behavior management and crisis interventions by integrating communication supports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance, and contribute to student progress.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CA licensure, and experience with behaviorally challenged children. Preferred skills include ABA, AAC familiarity, and bilingual abilities.
