Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in patients’ homes.

In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders, developing personalized treatment plans and collaborating with healthcare teams. You will educate patients and families, monitor progress, and support safe home care to improve communication and quality of life.

Qualifications include a master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology, NM licensure, and clinical experience. Preferred candidates have at least two years of experience.

Responsibilities encompass conducting evaluations, implementing treatment, instructing families, and completing necessary documentation such as OASIS assessments.

Physical activity and lifting are involved, with eligibility to perform moderate lifting and extended standing.
