Speech & Language Pathologist

Our organization is dedicated to supporting students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

We seek a Part-Time Speech and Language Pathologist (8-10 hours/week) to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.

Key duties include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy, collaborating with staff and families, training team members, and integrating communication strategies into behavior plans.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure, and experience with children with complex needs. Preferred skills encompass knowledge of AAC devices, behavioral interventions, and trauma-informed practices.
