We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to provide specialized assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication needs, including AAC assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across various settings, supporting speech, social communication, and feeding issues.
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote communication success and integrate strategies into behavior plans.
- Train staff and families on communication supports and strategies.
- Support crisis intervention with calm, consistent communication practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
