Speech & Language Pathologist

We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to provide specialized assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental challenges.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication needs, including AAC assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across various settings, supporting speech, social communication, and feeding issues.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote communication success and integrate strategies into behavior plans.
  • Train staff and families on communication supports and strategies.
  • Support crisis intervention with calm, consistent communication practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current CA licensure, and experience with children with severe disabilities. Preferred skills include ABA knowledge and familiarity with AAC systems. Benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off, and a collaborative environment.
