We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team, with opportunities for New Grads, Part-Time, and PRN roles.
Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will deliver evidence-based therapy, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in care planning.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current State Licensure or eligibility
- ASHA CCC-SLP (CFY candidates welcome)
- Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
