We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team.
Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide evidence-based therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in care planning meetings. New grads welcome; open to part-time and PRN roles. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP certification (CFY candidates accepted).
