Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support within a therapy department.

  • Evaluate and treat patients to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing functions, documenting progress and communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, perform evaluations, and obtain physician approvals, ensuring compliance with clinical procedures.
  • Supervise clinical staff, document services accurately for regulatory and billing purposes, and manage Medicare reviews.
  • Collaborate with team members, integrate interdisciplinary findings, and participate in conferences and family education.
  • Contribute to professional development through continuing education, peer interactions, and presentations.
  • Promote a positive facility culture, demonstrate safe working practices, and maintain equipment and work areas safety.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, 2-3 years of rehab experience (preferred), current licensure, and CPR certification. The role offers full-time or part-time hours, with benefits including health insurance and relocation assistance, and compensation between $58-$62/hour.
