This role involves providing direct patient care as a Speech-Language Pathologist to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, including evaluations, treatment planning, and family education.
Deliver personalized treatment programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop approved care plans.
Document services accurately, manage billing, and handle regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, integrate findings, and contribute to patient and family education.
Supervise clinical staff and support professional development through ongoing education and peer interactions.
Promote a positive, safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, current license in California, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
Full-time or part-time, with benefits including health insurance and relocation assistance, at a pay rate of $58-$62/hour.
