Pay ranges from $40–$53/hour (DOE), with a flexible $12,000 career bonus available over three years to support retention, sign-on, or professional growth.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing, completing assessments, developing individualized care plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, WA license (or eligibility), and preferred CCCs.
