We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school in Vermont, serving students aged 5-22 with complex challenges.
**Responsibilities include:**
– Consulting on IEPs and developing speech, language, and literacy goals
– Providing direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing
– Supervising SLPAs and support staff
– Managing a small caseload within a collaborative team
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in communication sciences & disorders
– ASHA certification, VT license preferred
– Experience with students with significant challenges
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– Valid driver’s license required
**Compensation & Benefits:**
– Salary between $70,000-$80,000 with a total package of $84,868-$95,412
