We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, therapeutic school serving students aged 5-22 and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Vermont.
Provide direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing, and consult on IEPs that focus on the whole child. Develop and oversee speech, language, and literacy programming, guiding staff and managing a small caseload. Qualifications include a Master’s in communication sciences, ASHA certification, and preferably a Vermont license. Experience with students with complex challenges is required.
