Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care and support in a skilled nursing facility.
Essential duties include evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; developing treatment plans; communicating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams; and documenting services accurately.
Responsibilities also involve supervising clinical staff, contributing to team meetings, ensuring safety, and supporting professional development through continuing education.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, California license or eligible, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred. Must be physically capable of performing patient treatments and supporting activities.
Compensation ranges from $55.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance. The role requires in-person work approximately 40 hours per week.
