Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility.

Evaluate and treat patients to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities; develop and implement treatment plans.

Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members; document services accurately.

Supervise clinical staff and contribute to team meetings, education, and professional development.

Ensure safety and adhere to regulatory and facility standards.

Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and professional activities.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, current licensure, and 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
