Responsibilities include evaluating and treating speech, swallowing, cognition, and communication deficits, modifying diets for safety, educating residents and families, and documenting progress per regulatory standards.
Qualifications involve a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active state licensure in OK, passing Praxis exam, and preferably experience with older adults.
