We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services to the geriatric population in a faith-based setting.
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents with swallowing, cognition, communication, motor speech, voice, and fluency deficits, ensuring safety and quality of life.
Coordinate with residents, families, and staff to facilitate therapy goals and maintain proper documentation per regulations.
Adjust diets and communicate treatment plans to promote resident well-being.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, active OK licensure, and passing Praxis exam.
Experience with older adults preferred; ability to complete documentation efficiently.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to relocate to Enid, OK.
