Speech and Language Pathologist-Pediatrics

The Speech Pathologist provides evaluation and treatment for patients with hearing, speech, language, and swallowing issues based on medical diagnoses and physician orders, adhering to established standards of practice.


They apply growth and development principles to care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, working collaboratively with customers, patients, physicians, and staff to foster teamwork.


Minimum requirements include a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA, and a valid state license or progress toward CFY. BLS certification from the AHA is also required.
