We are seeking a Radiological Technician – CVOR Endovascular Lab responsible for performing specialized and invasive radiologic procedures to assist in diagnosing diseases and injuries.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing patients, explaining procedures, administering contrast, and positioning for imaging Ensuring radiation safety and technical quality of images Monitoring patient data and performing equipment quality assurance Assisting with accreditation processes and reporting equipment issues Providing safe patient care while adhering to policies and standards Participating in emergency call duties and promoting professional growth Serving as a mentor to less experienced staff and supporting department goals Qualifications include: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board ARRT-R certification and Basic or Advanced Life Support certification Ability to lift and maneuver patients as needed Skills required: attention to safety, technical proficiency, communication, and teamwork to deliver compassionate, efficient care. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
