Social Worker LCSW

Role Overview:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and advocacy for patients and their support systems. They develop person-centered care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, respecting patient self-determination and reducing health disparities. The role involves working with both inpatient and outpatient populations across various departments, adhering to ethical standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with patients, support systems, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure care aligns with ethical standards, cultural competence, and quality guidelines
  • Work with diverse clinical populations in various settings
  • Promote equitable access to care and reduce barriers
  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited or CSWE-candidate program
  • Oregon or Washington Clinical Social Worker License or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant social work experience
  • Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of behavioral health, neurobiology, and lifespan development principles
