Role Overview: Responsible for delivering professional, complex services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary setting.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Masters of Social Work required
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Texas required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of start
- SAFE Approach Level III certification required within 6 months of hire
Experience & Skills:
- Preferred 2+ years of social work and counseling experience
- Ability to provide interdisciplinary patient-centered care
- Strong communication and counseling skills
