Role Overview:
The role involves leading the implementation and delivery of identity governance solutions, primarily using ServiceNow Identity Governance and Veza platforms. Responsibilities include designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and optimizing identity management systems, as well as developing governance standards, operational procedures, and solution documentation. Collaboration with stakeholders such as application owners, security teams, and business leaders is essential for gathering requirements and ensuring successful project outcomes. The position also requires troubleshooting complex issues, guiding onboarding activities, and supporting clients to enhance their identity security posture through advanced technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years specializing in ServiceNow Identity Governance, Veza, or similar platforms.
- Background in implementing identity lifecycle management, access requests, reviews, certifications, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong knowledge of identity security concepts, entitlement management, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor team members, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, capable of leading technical discussions and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
