This position involves

partnering with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address social and emotional needs,

providing assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and resource referrals,

coordinating care across the continuum to ensure smooth transitions, and

offering specialty consultation and case management services.
The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, one year of healthcare experience, and Washington state licensure within 90 days.
The new facility will feature psychiatric beds, neuromodulation programs, and training initiatives, supporting mental health care transformation.
