Senior Social Worker – Center for Behavioral Health and Learning

Seeking a Senior Social Worker for a full-time, day shift position with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include

partnering with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address social and emotional needs,

conducting psychosocial assessments,

developing treatment and discharge plans,

providing crisis intervention, case management, and resource referrals,

and

offering specialty consultation to staff.

Qualifications require a

Master of Social Work degree,

one year of healthcare social work experience or equivalent,

and

licensure as specified by Washington state law within 90 days of hire.
