Key Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care needs
- Provide light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Support meal preparation and basic nutrition needs
- Offer medication reminders as directed
- Provide transportation to appointments
- Deliver friendly companionship and emotional support
- Follow individual care plans, document care, and communicate changes in condition
Qualifications & Skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to seniors
- Ability to follow care plans and accurately document and report observations
- Reliability, strong communication skills, and comfort assisting with daily tasks
