We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Serve as a clinical leader, collaborating with the care team to oversee short- and long-term residents

Manage admissions, discharges, stability checks, and condition evaluations

Perform advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribe treatments

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania APN licensure and DEA

Previous nursing or clinical experience

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Master’s degree in Nursing

Work is in person, full-time position, with application questions regarding licensure and SNF experience.
