We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
As a clinical leader, you will collaborate with the care team to oversee residents’ short- and long-term needs, including admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning. Responsibilities also include evaluating residents for condition changes and prescribing treatments.
