Senior Physical Therapist provides expert inpatient rehabilitation in an academic medical center. You will manage complex, multi-system cases and deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, safety, and functional independence.
Key duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver inpatient physical therapy focused on functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care.
- Mentor junior therapists and support students in clinical education.
- Contribute to teaching and research initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement projects.
