Key Duties
- Verify medication orders and ensure appropriate therapy.
- Compound sterile and non-sterile medications according to standards.
- Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and support medication optimization.
- Provide education to patients and providers on medication use and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technicians to support patient-centered care.
- Support clinical initiatives, formulary stewardship, and continuous quality improvement.
- Precept and mentor learners as part of pharmacy training.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
