This role involves providing expert guidance on IT integration, separation, and transformation within a consulting environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and quantifying IT-related opportunities and risks during deal advisory processes, and communicating findings effectively.
- Evaluating company IT performance, developing improvement and cost-reduction plans.
- Facilitating IT operations integration or separation from parent organizations.
- Overseeing offshoring initiatives, supporting vendor contract renegotiations, and enhancing IT governance and project selection.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and delivering comprehensive project presentations.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of external consulting or technology industry experience, with a proven record of driving IT-related business change.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in significant IT projects such as ERP implementations, outsourcing, reengineering, or infrastructure upgrades.
- Technical proficiency in areas like enterprise systems, IT architecture, post-merger integration, carve-out separation, offshoring, or outsourcing.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize diverse tasks.
- Willingness to travel and authorized to work without sponsorship.
