Role: Senior Associate in Financial Due Diligence within the Deal Advisory practice, focusing on transaction advisory, financial and commercial due diligence, and accounting advisory services.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing due diligence and advisory support to clients including Fortune 1000 companies, private equity firms, and lenders.
- Engage with senior client executives to analyze financial data, identify trends, assess earnings quality, working capital, and potential liabilities affecting valuation and negotiations.
- Create tailored reports addressing key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation assumptions, debt considerations, and financial statements for mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least three years of experience in accounting, advisory, audit, or transaction services with a top public accounting firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA-eligible; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, IFRS, M&A, or transaction services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
