Role Overview: The Senior Associate supports Tax Managers and Partners in managing client portfolios within the Business Tax Services practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with engagement planning and job administration Monitor progress and communicate with management on engagement and client issues Audit tax provisions and review working papers to ensure accuracy and compliance Execute compliance tasks with minimal supervision Supervise associate staff on large, complex engagements when neededQualifications & Skills: At least three years of investment partnership and/or mutual fund tax experience in public accounting Bachelor’s degree, J.D., LL.M., or MST in taxation from an accredited institution Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, partnership tax regulations, and accounting procedures Proven ability to review 1065 and 1120-RIC tax returns Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and research skillsKey Focus: Deliver high-quality tax services, support client requirements, and contribute to a collaborative, innovative team environment.
