School-Based Therapists- Sign On Bonus Available

We are seeking an Elementary School Based Therapist in Ankeny, IA, for a full-time, on-site/hybrid role (3 days school, 2 days clinic).

Provide mental health services to students and families, managing a caseload of 25–30 clients.

Develop individualized treatment plans, participate in IEPs, and collaborate with school staff and community agencies.

Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with organizational policies.

Work closely with school personnel and support program needs during breaks.

Option to see some patients at the clinic if preferred.

**Requirements:**
Active Iowa license, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proficiency in EHR and computer use, and physical ability to work in client environments.
