We are seeking an Elementary School Based Therapist for an onsite/hybrid role in Ankeny, IA, starting May 2026.
Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with hours from 8am-3pm, offering flexible scheduling and manageable caseloads (25–30 clients).
Provide mental health services to students and families within schools, collaborating with school staff and community agencies. Optionally, see clients 2 days/week at a local clinic.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, completing documentation, participating in IEPs, and coordinating care.
Requirements: active Iowa license (or in-training), reliable transportation, proficiency in EHR systems, and physical ability to work in various environments.
