The ideal candidate will independently provide on-site comprehensive mental health services for students at Engadine Consolidated Schools, addressing mild to moderate issues.
Experience in confidential intake, risk assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and young adults is required. Collaborate with community resources and school staff to develop individualized and family-centered treatment plans. Require a Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan. Must have BLS/CPR certification, with preferred experience in electronic health records and computer literacy. This full-time role offers a salary range of $63,000–$81,970, a sign-on bonus, and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement, paid time off, and professional development.
