Provide accessible, comprehensive healthcare, including exams, vaccinations, illness management, and health promotion within school-based clinics and mobile units.Complete thorough patient histories, perform physical exams, order tests, and coordinate care with other providers for complex cases.Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to clinical guidelines, participate in quality improvement, and support patient-centered care models.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assist with administrative tasks, and support community health initiatives and education efforts.Qualifications include NY licensure, board certification, pediatric/family medicine experience, and proficiency in EMR; preferred experience includes 2-3 years and bilingual skills.Salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, with excellent benefits.
