Join our team as a School Based Health Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, providing accessible, high-quality primary care in a diverse community.
Deliver direct clinical care in school-based health centers and other sites, focusing on prevention, health promotion, and managing minor to complex health issues.
Conduct patient histories, exams, and diagnostic tests; administer vaccines and medications; manage acute and chronic conditions; and refer complex cases appropriately.
Ensure thorough documentation, adhere to clinical guidelines, participate in quality improvement, and support patient-centered care models.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assist staff, and participate in community outreach, education, and supervision of students and residents.
Maintain compliance with regulations, promote cultural competence, and support organizational policies and safety standards.
**Requirements:** Licensed and board-certified in NY, with pediatric/family medicine experience, DEA, ALS, and proficiency in EMR preferred.
**Salary:** $100,000 – $140,000 annually.
