Salesforce Health Cloud & Agentforce Engineer

Role Overview: The Manager in Technology within the Advisory practice specializes in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Health Cloud features such as care plans, clinical data models, and provider/patient management.

Key Responsibilities: Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to meet business needs, participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment using CI/CD pipelines. Configure Agentforce agents, topics, and AI-driven templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems (e.g., HL7/FHIR APIs) while adhering to healthcare data security standards like HIPAA and HITRUST. Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions, support release management, performance tuning, and environment strategies. Implement agent testing, observability, and security guardrails to ensure reliable AI and data integration.

Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Triggers. Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist are mandatory. Strong understanding of Health Cloud data models, external system integrations, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP). Hands-on experience with AI concepts, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. Travel may be required.
