This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Pulmonary Medicine Unit at a hospital location.
The position offers a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week with daytime hours from 7:00am to 7:30pm, including rotating holidays.
Key responsibilities include providing professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies, assessing patient conditions, recognizing changes, planning and evaluating care, monitoring progress, and documenting observations.
The RN delegates appropriate tasks to staff and collaborates as part of a team to meet unit goals.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (or an Associate Degree with a plan to earn a Bachelor’s within five years),
at least 1+ years of inpatient RN experience, and current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.
