Position: RN Weekender – Cardiac Neuro ICU
Role & Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as a team to meet unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; minimum of 5 years of RN critical care experience required. Must hold current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and obtain ACLS within six months.
Key Duties: Critical thinking, patient assessment, care planning, documentation, delegation, and teamwork in a fast-paced ICU setting.
