We are seeking a reliable Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts.
Provide supervision to nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality, compliant resident care. Act as the clinical decision-maker and communicate with providers as needed. Support medication management, documentation, and infection control practices. Address staffing, operational issues, and participate in incident reporting. Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend experience preferred, and strong assessment and leadership skills.
