We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support.
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, hours discussed during interview
- Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff, oversee daily operations, act as the clinical decision-maker, monitor resident conditions, support medication and documentation practices, address staffing needs, and promote teamwork.
- Qualifications: Current RN license in NM, prior supervisory or weekend experience preferred, strong assessment and leadership skills, ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
